Torqued win Fragadelphia 6

Torqued, a North American mix stacked with notorious players, has defeated Enemy 3-0 in the grand final of Fragadelphia 6 (16-8 on de_overpass and 16-13 on de_inferno, with a one map advantage).

Fragadelphia 6 took place over the weekend in Pennsylvania's largest city, and featured many premier North American teams and mixes in attendance such as CLG Red, WinOut.net, a mix led by compLexity's Daniel "⁠roca⁠" Gustaferri, Enemy, and last but not least Torqued.

With $10,000 total on the line at the offline tournament, all eyes were on the Torqued mix which comprised three players infamously banned by Valve for match-fixing, the results of which limited Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan, Sam "⁠DaZeD⁠" Marine, and Keven "⁠AZK⁠" Lariviere from competing in most leagues for at least a year.

It was Torqued and Enemy, two teams which already had a free pass to the upper bracket quarter-finals, who ultimately met in the grand final of Fragadelphia 6, which was a best-of-five brawl.

With Torqued possessing a one map advantage, the three former iBP players, helped by Mohamad "⁠mOE⁠" Assad and Armeen "⁠a2z⁠" Toussi, fired on all cylinders and showed no mercy, claiming the series in the first two maps: 16-8 on de_overpass and 16-13 on de_inferno.
